Internal Dust Cleaning: Long term accumulation dust, combined with humidity/moisture in air can form a
conductive path causing short-circuits and It can even short circuit and damage your motherboard and other
circuit boards.
CPU Heat Sink and Fan Assembly: The fan should spin freely, the fan power cable should be secure, and
the fan should turn when the power is on.
RAM Modules: The modules must be seated securely in the RAM slots. Ensure that the retaining clips are
not loose.
Storage Devices: All cables should be firmly connected. Check for loose, missing, or incorrectly set
jumpers. A drive should not produce rattling, knocking, or grinding sounds.
Screws: A loose screw inside the case can cause a short circuit.
Adapter Cards: Ensure that adapter cards are seated properly and secured with the retaining screws in
their expansion slots. Loose cards can cause short circuits. Missing expansion slot covers can let dust, dirt,
or living pests inside the computer.
Cables: Examine all cable connections. Ensure that pins are not bent or broken and that cables are not
crimped, pinched, or severely bent. Retaining screws should be finger-tightened.
Power Supply: Inspect power strips, and make sure the devices work properly and that there is clear
ventilation.

and hardware problems. It valid for 1 year from date of purchase invoice.
► If any defects are to be repaired in addition to preventive maintenance on the computer, then
that will be done through standard purchase warranty procedures or service charges.
► If there is an excessive workload, the computer may have to be kept.
► Customer can avail this service only by advance slot booking of date and time.
► Software related service not cover under the CARE CAMP offer.

then that will be done through service charges.
► A person can avail the service a single computer with one phone number.
► Once avail the Care Camp offer, will not be eligible to again within 6 months.
